Loro Parque Diamond Pass

Choose the Diamond Pass if reserved presentation seats, a guided behind-the-scenes-style visit and a set restaurant lunch are benefits you will actually use. It turns Loro Parque into a more organised full-day experience and removes some of the decisions around seating and dining. The free mini train also remains included for visitors staying in central Puerto de la Cruz.

Best for couples, families and travellers who want a guided introduction to Loro Parque, prefer reserved presentation seating and like having lunch built into the day. It is also a good fit for visitors who do not want to spend time planning where to eat. The pass is listed as wheelchair accessible.

Choose standard admission if you are comfortable exploring independently and do not need premium seating or a guided tour. Choose the All-Inclusive pass if broader food and non-alcoholic drink benefits are more useful than a predefined Brunelli’s lunch. Hotel transfers are not included.

Arrive at Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz and present your mobile ticket. The free mini train from Plaza de los Reyes Católicos is also included if you prefer not to walk or drive from central Puerto de la Cruz.

The Diamond Pass includes a 90-minute guided tour offered in English, German or Spanish. Reserved VIP seating is provided for the orca, dolphin and sea-lion presentations.

A predefined lunch at Brunelli’s Steakhouse is included. Follow the timing and meeting instructions given on your voucher for the guided tour and meal.
