Description
Planning a day on the water with friends or family? Sea Ray 270 Fortune brings your group together on an 8.5-metre motor yacht, with places to relax in the sun or enjoy some shade.
Fortune is a lovely choice when you want to share a day on the water with friends or family rather than book a boat for an overnight sailing holiday. This Sea Ray 270 is based at Marina del Sur in Las Galletas, southern Tenerife, and can take up to 11 guests on a day charter.
There's room to stretch out on sun pads, a bimini for shade and outdoor speakers for your music. The bathing platform and outside shower are handy when spending time by the water. The onboard equipment list also includes a stand-up paddleboard, wakeboard and water skis, making Fortune worth considering if your group enjoys active time afloat.
You can enquire about hiring a professional skipper or renting without one if Tenerife Boats accepts your boating qualifications. Let us know your preferred date and group size, and we'll help you request an up-to-date quote for Fortune.

Why choose this yacht
Fortune is particularly appealing for a larger group that wants an outdoor-focused day boat: sun pads, shaded space and an easy-going area for socialising, all on a motor yacht rather than a multi-cabin sailing boat.
Who is this yacht for?
A good fit for friends, family groups or couples travelling together who want a private day outing. Fortune's listed capacity is 11 for daily charters; it has no listed sleeping berths, so it is not presented as overnight accommodation.
What to expect
Fortune has a 350 hp engine, one toilet and an outside GPS plotter. For time by the water, the equipment includes a bathing platform, outdoor shower and a selection of watersports gear. Ask which equipment can be used on your date.
Before you go
Indicative rental rates start at €823 per day. A mandatory €30 cleaning/transit-log charge is listed separately, along with a refundable €800 security deposit. A professional skipper is an optional extra at €200 per day. To rent without a skipper, your boating licence and experience must be accepted by Tenerife Boats. Ask about fuel and any other costs when requesting your quote.
Practical tips
Fortune is based at Marina del Sur in Las Galletas, Tenerife. The supplier lists daily handover around 09:30 and return around 17:30. Arrange the exact meeting point and final timetable before arriving at the marina.
Frequently asked questions
Can we hire Fortune without a skipper?
The operator lists a bareboat option, but the person driving must hold boating qualifications and experience accepted by Tenerife Boats.
Is a professional skipper available?
Yes. The operator lists an optional skipper service for guests who would rather leave the driving to a professional.
Are water skis, a wakeboard and a paddleboard provided?
All three appear on Fortune's equipment list. Ask which can be used during your chosen rental and whether any conditions or charges apply.
Does the day-charter price include fuel?
Fuel inclusion is not confirmed in the listing. Request a quote that clearly shows fuel and any additional charges for your dates.
