Built in 2023, this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 sleeps eight in four double cabins. Two additional beds in the lounge bring the listed capacity to ten, but they also mean the shared seating area becomes sleeping space at night. Two bathrooms with showers help when everyone is getting ready. A bathing platform and outside shower are handy at suitable swimming stops, and a waste tank is among the on-board equipment.

What to expect

The yacht has a classic mainsail, an autopilot and a bow thruster for its sailing crew. For guests, there is bimini shade, music through outside speakers and a bathing platform. A dinghy is included in the equipment, but the engine is optional.

Before you go

Indicative charter rates start from EUR 414 per day; your final quote depends on the dates. Mandatory charges are EUR 120 for final cleaning per rental, EUR 15 for gas per week and EUR 5 local tax per person. A separate refundable EUR 2,500 security deposit applies. A professional skipper is optional at EUR 190 per day. To sail without one, the charter company Alboran Charter must accept your licence and experience. Ask about fuel, mooring fees and selected extras with your quote.

Practical tips

Whisky is based at Puerto Deportivo Radazul in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. For overnight charters, collection is listed between 16:00 and 23:00, with return between 07:00 and 09:00. Ask for the exact berth and handover instructions before arriving.
