Description
When it is just the two of you or a handful of friends, a small boat may be all you want. Ocho gives a group of up to four a way to plan time on the water from Puerto Colón without booking a larger yacht.
Think of Ocho as a boat for a small plan: a couple or a few friends spending the day together on the water. This 2018 Conarg 480 is based at Puerto Colón in Tenerife. Its 4.5-metre length and 15 hp engine are suited to a four-person motorboat outing, rather than the cabin-based holidays offered on larger charter yachts.
Ocho has no sleeping berths, so make it a daytime experience. With a group of up to four, you can choose a date that suits everyone without having to organise a bigger charter party. The listing does not detail shade, seating arrangements or other comfort equipment; ask about what is provided so you can plan what to bring.
Tenerife Rent A Boat manages this listing. Tell us your preferred dates and how many people are coming, and we will help you enquire about availability, the operating arrangements and the agreed area for the outing.

Why choose this yacht
Ocho is worth a look if you want the simplicity of a small-group day hire from Puerto Colón rather than a boat with cabins. For two to four people, its compact size makes more sense than reserving space for a much larger party.
Who is this yacht for?
Couples, a family of up to four or a few friends looking for a day on the water can consider Ocho. It has no overnight beds and is not an alternative to a yacht with accommodation.
What to expect
This is a 4.5-metre motorboat with a 15 hp engine, not a full-size motor yacht. The listing does not itemise shade, a cooler or other onboard comforts, so ask the operator what will be available for your day.
Before you go
Indicative rates start from EUR 320 per day; request a final quote for your dates. A separate refundable EUR 100 security deposit is mandatory. The charter company says no boating licence is needed for this listing, but the rental terms do not clearly establish who may operate Ocho. Ask Tenerife Rent A Boat about steering rules, permitted cruising areas and fuel charges. Optional flexible cancellation costs 8% of the rental price.
Practical tips
Ocho is based at Puerto Colón in Tenerife. For a day hire, the listed pickup window is 09:00-10:00 and return is 17:00-18:00. On-site extras are payable in cash according to the listing; ask for the exact meeting point and handover instructions.
Frequently asked questions
How does Ocho compare with the other Conarg 480, Cuatro?
Both are listed at Puerto Colón as 2018 Conarg 480 motorboats with 15 hp engines and space for four. The supplier does not establish different onboard equipment, so compare availability and the confirmed hire terms rather than assuming one has more amenities.
Can we drive Ocho without a boating licence?
The supplier says a licence is not needed and its FAQ calls the offer bareboat-only. The full driving conditions are not clear from the booking data, so ask Tenerife Rent A Boat who is permitted to take the helm and where the boat may be used.
Can we stay aboard overnight?
No sleeping places or cabins are listed. Ocho is best treated as a daytime motorboat for up to four people, not overnight accommodation.
What deposit and optional extras apply?
The refundable security deposit is EUR 100 per rental. Flexible cancellation is optional at 8% of the rental price; review the cancellation conditions before selecting it.
Is fuel included in the listed day price?
Fuel arrangements are not specified. Ask for a final quotation explaining fuel costs and any other charges for your planned outing.
