Frequently asked questions
Can deposit insurance be added?
An optional deposit-insurance product costs EUR 365 per rental. Ask what it covers and whether it changes the refundable EUR 5,000 security deposit before choosing it.
Are bed linen and towels included?
They are separate optional extras. Bed linen is EUR 15 per person and towels are EUR 6 per person; request them when arranging your charter.
Can we arrange Wi-Fi on board?
Wi-Fi is offered as an optional extra at EUR 200 per week; it is not advertised as included in the starting rental price.
Are early check-in and late check-out offered?
