Description
A holiday with friends is better when everyone has room to settle in. Saoco combines double cabins and bunk beds with a teak deck and bimini shade, giving your group a relaxed base for sailing from Las Galletas.
Saoco is a welcoming choice for a group that wants to enjoy the sailing as well as the time spent together. Based at Marina del Sur on Tenerife, this Beneteau Oceanis 43 has a teak deck and bimini shade for moments between outings. The galley has an oven, fridge and cooker, so you can prepare a meal and make an evening of it on board.
The sleeping arrangement is especially handy for a mix of couples and friends: three double cabins sleep six, and a fourth cabin has bunk beds for two more. The lounge can sleep another two, bringing the listed total to ten, though it then becomes a shared bedroom at night. Two bathrooms with showers make daily routines easier. Pillows and blankets are included.
Built in 2008, Saoco has a classic mainsail, autopilot and an outside GPS plotter for the sailing crew. Alboran Charter offers the choice of sailing with an accepted licence and experience or hiring a professional skipper. Send your dates and group size and we will help you enquire about availability and booking terms.

Why choose this yacht
The separate bunk-bed cabin is a useful alternative to four identical doubles, especially for a family or friends sharing the boat. Eight guests can sleep in cabins while keeping the lounge free, and pillows and blankets are already provided.
Who is this yacht for?
Three couples and two friends, or a family with children comfortable in bunk beds, can all sleep in cabins. Groups of nine or ten can use the extra lounge beds. Discuss the sleeping plan and total numbers if you add a skipper.
What to expect
Spend quieter moments beneath the bimini or on the teak deck. A dinghy, outside shower and speakers are part of the equipment, and the autopilot and outside GPS plotter help the sailing crew. The dinghy engine is a separate extra.
Before you go
Indicative charter rates start from EUR 217 per day; the final quote depends on your dates. Mandatory charges are EUR 120 for final cleaning per rental, EUR 15 for gas per week and EUR 5 local tax per person. A separate refundable EUR 2,500 security deposit applies. A professional skipper costs EUR 190 per day if requested. To sail without one, the charter company Alboran Charter must approve your licence and experience. Ask about fuel, mooring fees and other extras when enquiring.
Practical tips
Saoco is based at Marina del Sur in Las Galletas, Tenerife. Overnight charter collection is listed between 16:00 and 23:00, with return between 07:00 and 09:00. Arrange the precise berth and handover details before reaching the marina.
Frequently asked questions
Can all ten guests sleep in separate cabins?
No. Three double cabins and a bunk-bed cabin sleep eight people. Two extra beds are in the shared lounge, which becomes sleeping space when they are used.
Are bedding and towels included?
Pillows and blankets are included. Bed linen and towels are offered together as an optional extra at EUR 20 per person.
Can we use an outboard engine with the dinghy?
A dinghy is on board, but its engine is an optional extra at EUR 135 per week.
What is the difference between the deposit-insurance options?
One optional product costs EUR 215 per rental. Another costs EUR 220 per rental and is advertised as reducing the refundable deposit. Ask for the separate policy terms before choosing.
What should we know about recent guest feedback?
Guest reports have differed. A February 2026 review described problems with the mainsail and onboard systems, while a March 2026 review described the yacht as well cared for. These are individual accounts, not a current inspection. Ask Alboran Charter about the latest maintenance and equipment condition before booking.
